This urbanised land on the outer edge of Lúcar village. It has all services, electricity,water,sewage and telephone etc with excellent access and great views. It is a short walk to the village appox 200m, which has all services. Lúcar village has a chemist, general store, doctors, school,bakers,bars and restaurants. There is also a swimming pool in the village which is open though the summer months. The area is very quiet.
