For sale is this wonderful villa for a large family. It is located in one of the most privileged areas of the village, private but centrally located and with enough land to stretch your legs.~ ~ The villa consists of three floors:~ ~ Ground floor: Here we find what would be the "garage" with capacity for three or four cars. However, it can also be used as a separate dwelling consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet. Another option is to maintain its current use as a celebration area for large groups. Since there is sufficient parking outside, this space can be used for living. There is also an enormous storeroom with storage space for everything you might need.~ ~ First floor: After going up the stairs that connect the whole house on the inside, we reach the first or main floor, which consists of three spacious and extremely bright bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. There is also a laundry room and a comfortable back terrace where you can relax in the shade. The master bedroom enjoys a much larger than usual size and direct access to an outside terrace for sunbathing or sitting down to breakfast.~ ~ Outside: The house is surrounded by gardens, barbecue, its own swimming pool, orange trees and 70,000 litre water tanks.
