This pretty cave house has the front in place but needs total reformation inside.

It could make a lovely 2 bedroom cave house with the most beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.

You enter into a large living room with fireplace and to the far left are steps leading up to a block built room. To the right of that is a room used for straw storage, opposite the entrance area is a large room and to the right are two more rooms leading off from the living room, one at the front of the cave and one at the back.

It has no services connected, but they are close by. Access is via a track.

It is around 10 minutes walk to the centre of the village which has all the usual amenities including bars, restaurants, shops, a school, a butchers, a hotel, a spring fed swimming pool where you can swim with fishes and a weekly market.

The nearest airport is Granada which is around 1h30 drive away, then Almeria – 1h45, then Murcia and Alicante around 2h15. The coast is around 1h30 hour's drive away although there are beach areas at Lake Negratin around 45 minutes drive away.
