This cave has mains services connected and internet is possible, it has very good access and is situated in a great position with fantastic views from it's ample patio area (around 600m2).

It's just a few minutes walk from village amenities which include a weekly market, 2 banks, bars, restaurants, small supermarkets, a school, a medical centre, chemist etc.

The main living area of the cave has been reformed to a spanish standard so needs modernisation. The bathroom needs renovation as do the cave rooms.

The layout is as follows –

You enter into a hallway and to your right is a kitchen and to your left is a bathroom.

In front of you is a long room which is currently a dining room and beyond that are two more bedrooms (one leading to another one) and at the end of the far bedroom is a good size wardrobe/dressing room.

The doorway to the left of this leads to a double bedroom and there is a another doorway with hallway which leads to a large storage room on your left which has a door leading to the garage and the doorway in front leads to more cave rooms.

To your right is a large cave room which has steps at the back leading to a further L shaped cave room.

There are also small cave rooms where animals used to be kept and a large garage which leads to an internal courtyard.

Through the courtyard is a room with fireplace and another outside room which is used for wood storage.

This property is so deceptive from the outside and has lots of potential.

There is a second independent garage which is on your left side as you come up the driveway.

Nearest airport is Granada which is around 1h30 drive away, followed by Almeria, Murcia, Alicante and Murcia.

There are beach areas and hot springs at Lake Negratin which is around 45 mins drive away, and the coast is around 1h30 drive away.
