This cave house is west facing and has lovely views over Orce village and the mountain scenery beyond. It has great ventilation as all rooms except one have natural light or windows and it could be really beautiful once reformed.
You enter a hallway before the main cave entrance and there is a block bathroom to your left. The idea was to then bring the cave entrance forward so that the bathroom would be inside the cave, but the Seller's haven't had time to do any further work on the cave.
It has a garden area to the front which is roughly around 100m2.
You enter into a living room with fireplace, which has four rooms leading off from it. There's a good size room to your right. The room across from the entrance is also a good size and has the original animal feeders which could make a lovely feature. This leads through to another room with a skylight in the dome shaped roof and it has a large window.
At the back of the living room is a further room and then there's a room to the front of the cave which was intended to be the kitchen.

The property is situated in Orce, a pretty, charming and historical village famous for the "Orce Man" – a fossil discovered in 1982 near the Spanish town. It has all the usual facilities such as bars/restaurants, banks, shops, a butcher's, medical centre, post office, school, etc. and a market every Tuesday morning. It has a spring fed swimming pool where you can swim with fishes which is free and open all year round.
Granada airport is the nearest which is around 1h30 drive away, then Almeria 1h45 drive away, then Murcia 2 hours and lastly Alicante around 2h15 drive away.
The nearest beaches are at Lake Negratin around 40 minutes drive away and the coast is around 1h30 minutes drive away.
