It has the best of both worlds as it's in a private location but is just 5 minutes drive away from Guadix town.

The reformed cave is very pretty with curvy ceilings, high ceilings and an entrance hallway. To the right is a snug with curvy shelves and natural light. The snug leads to a kitchen.

Straight across from the entrance hallway are two interconnecting bedrooms, the first room is a twin room and the one behind has a double and single bed currently so is a good size.

To the left of entrance hallway is a living room and bathroom with pretty tile feature on the shower exterior. At the far end of the living room is a double bedroom with lightwell in the ceiling which acts like a window, allowing natural light to flood into the room.

To the left as you look at the cave is an unreformed cave with an enclosed garden area at the front of it. The cave consists of an entrance hallway with a room beyond it, a room to the right with fireplace with two further rooms behind it so it would make a good size one bedroom home if reformed.

There's 3,000m2 of land altogether which includes the land on top of the cave (this could be transformed into an amazing sun terrace), and a small vineyard.

Mains electricity is connected, the cave has it's own water deposit and internet is possible.

Guadix is a beautiful, historic city with a population of approximately 20,400 which has a beautiful cathedral dating back to the 16th century, various churches, a Moorish fortress and all the usual facilities as well a railway line.

It's around half an hour's drive to Lake Negratin which has beach areas, hot springs and you can carry out non-motorised watersports there. The Almeria coast is around an hour's drive away and the Granada coast is around 1h15 drive away.

The nearest airport is Granada which is 50 mins (74km) by car and there's ski-ing there during the winter months.
