Cave House in Benamaurel, Granada

There are four cave houses in the sale, the first has two tunnels and was used to house horses.

The second is a small grain store with three little rooms.

The third was used for animals and although a little low could be machined out to give more head height. There's a nice garden area to this cave section which could be made quite private for guests.

Then there's the main house and two corral areas so all in all this could make quite an establishment or perfect for those with animals.

There are a few olive trees on the driveway up to the paddock area and parking.

Just a couple of minutes drive to the village which has most amenities or a ten to fifteen minute stroll.

Granada airport is 75 minutes drive, Almeria 1.40hrs and Alicante 2.30 hrs.

Benamaurel has one of the largest Moors and Christians fiestas in April each year, there are a few shops and plenty of bars for day to day use.
