Cave house to reform 10 minutes drive from Baza, with approximately 3 hectares of land in front and to the right of the cave, and about 15 olive trees.
It has a large living room of approximately 50 m2 which would make a fantastic open plan kitchen/ and lounge. Beyond the large room are three more good sized rooms, one with a fireplace.

The property was originally created as a school and used as such up untill the 1970's when it closed due to the lack of children in the area.

The roof does need attention but the exposed timbers appear to be solid. All in all this would make a beautiful house with some lovely history.

Baza is a big bustling town situated in a valley of the Sierra Nevada mountain range with a population of approximately 21,000 inhabitants. It has over 10 parks, a bull-ring, cinema, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sports centre, hospital and history dating back to 400BC (the famous "Lady of Baza"). It is famous for its fiesta "Cascamorras" – a very fun, busy and colourful fiesta.

Nearest airport is Granada which is around one hour's drive away.
